The Refreshments
Friends are always offering me music to listen to and today Moser offered me a CD by the Arizona band The Refreshments.
They’re a bar band from the ’90’s and are pretty good. They really grow on you. I would have loved to see them live in a club because they just sound like the perfect smokey bar band.
Their sound is a mix of Gin Blossoms, Soul Distortion, and O.A.R. It’s earnest rock at it’s best.
